Marsbet.com stolen my money

I have problem with Marsbet . I deposit 2000€ on my account, placed some bets, frst i was lose some money then i win and on the and i had 4000€, when i want to withdraw my money, department tell me that they have technical problems. After that they locked my account. With explanation : «Your account has been blocked by our Risk Management Department after a severe investigation into your account.

As stated in our terms and conditions, Marsbet takes the right to block an account if we suspect of any fraud actions or infractions, such as bonus huntering.»

I was not get bonus. And they cant tell me that i am bonus hunter. They did not give me explanation about their suspections. And they dont want to pay out my money.

A very strange one to be accused of «bonus huntering» when you have not even taken a bonus.

They have been ignoring our agent trying to help you so far too.

They only send me that explanation nothing else. I send to them about 10 emails and i got only that answer. When i try to talk with them via live chat they tell me that they dont have permission to talk about my case. So strange. I can say that they stolen my money.

I am also having a problem with Marsbet. Long story short I got the bonus for the sport section and won some money (3000 EUR). When I tried to withdraw they blocked my account because I was suspected for fraud. I know I hadn’t done anything wrong and that I had followed all their terms so I emailed them again and again until they told me that the investigation was over and that they were going to pay me my winnings. This was a couple of weeks ago and I still haven’t got my winnings. I am trying to resolve the problem with the help from third parties (such as SBR) and I will keep you guys updated.

Do you have some news about marsbet problem. I send them emails but they dont want answer to me, when i go to live chat they told me that they cant help me and that i must send email to department. But they dont answer to emails.

Hi again,
An update on my case:
I’ve been in contact with Marsbet for the last couple of weeks. They are really slow to answer emails but it seems like they are working on paying me my money. Apparently they’ve made 4 transactions to my Skrill account, even though I do not have one. I got emails from Skrill stating that I could get my money if I registered with them and verified my email. I did that right away but haven’t seen any money yet. The transactions were together 1594 euro, which is about half of what they owe.

I have sent three emails to Marsbet after this saying that they can pay me on my new Skrill account now or to my credit card, still no answer. I will keep you guys updated but considering the time delay on their answers I reckon it will take a while…

I have played at marsbet greece and i have won some money in casino slots (3200euros) but when i have asked for a withdraw they have closed my account claiming that i’m playing with surbets tactic,something which is totaly wrong because the main profit was from casino waggering.
The last 2 months i have no issue with payouts requests and i have received them normally,as i don’t have any profit on my last betting activity but when i get this casino win and i have asked for a withdraw for the half ammount on my account,
they have paid me only my deposits(2400e) and they have cancelled all my winnings and closed my account.
They don’t even sent me the list of my last transactions, that i have asked for and the have lied at me me
that i’ll get paid all the money that they owed me,in their last email.
Some days after they decided that they won’t pay me all the money on my account (5600euros)
Many greek customer haven’t paid their winnings and don’t even their deposits.
Please send me any infos about how can i get paid my legal winnings.

If you are in Greece I have been informed that Marsbet does respond to the Greek Gambling Regulator when players submit complaints to them.

Please can anyone sent me contact infos about the licence provider of marsbet.gr?
As i have informed they have no connection with curacao-egaming,
but they get their licence from ClL Curacao Interactive Licensing .
Please can anyone help me how can i contact with CIL because i cand find any informations or contact details.

No need for new topic about this crappy bookmaker just would to say….They ban my country and take my deposit there.Just 50 or 40e.Not allowed to login,support with a weaker English than me.Money is confiscated just like that.
